Booking Procedures/Terms and Conditions
- To secure a reservation a deposit of 100% of the total room rate for a day is required within 48 hours of the booking request.
- The balance of the booking is payable on arrival.
- Deposit may be made directly into the guesthouse bank account. Contact us for our bank details. Prove of the deposit should be e-mailed to us. Final confirmation of booking is only made on receipt of the above mentioned deposit.
- The guesthouse reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice if the required deposit has not been received on time.
Cancellation
- Written cancellation should be received at least 14 days before confirmed arrival in order to avoid loss of your deposit.
- 50% of deposit will be refunded if cancelled before 7 days of arrival.
- 0% of the deposit will be refunded if cancelled within 6 days of arrival or in case of "no show".
- The payment for the entire stay will not be refunded in case of a premature departure
Check- In
Check in time is from 14:00h In case of an early arrival additional charges may apply. Please make arrangement with us when arriving after 20:00h.
Check- Out
Check out time is 10:00h. In case of late check out additional charges apply as follows:
10:00h-14:00h- half of the room daily rate; later that 14h00 - the full daily room rate.
